Group Sessions

The Hypnosis Center For Motivation and Habit Management now offers a wide variety of group sessions to help you to achieve your goals.  Our group sessions are much different than the ones done at hotels by traveling hypnotists.  The group programs offered at The Hypnosis Center For Motivation and Habit Management are 4 sessions long and meet once a week for a month.  Not only will you be getting hypnotized at these sessions you will be establishing new goals, creating action plans, and learning the process of self-hypnosis.  Learning self-hypnosis enables you to become your own hypnotist and a way to reinforce your new changes forever.  You will also get partnered up with a buddy to help motivate and encourage you to success.
